Dance Embodiment
In-studio workshops and intensives that help competitive dance teams build focus, resilience, and performance consistency under pressure.

The dance world excels at teaching technique.
What’s often missing is guidance for how dancers manage pressure, stress, and internal focus.
Dance Embodiment fills that gap.

The Solution
Dance Embodiment partners with studios to deliver in-person workshops and team intensives that integrate technique with embodied awareness—helping dancers stay regulated, focused, and consistent in high-pressure environments.

The work draws from professional dance training, choreography, and over 15 years of teaching and adjudicating experience.
Nicole earned her BA in Dance from Brigham Young University, performing with the Theater Ballet Tour Company. She launched her professional career as a dancer and choreographer with Kinuko Modern Dance Company and later performed with Mountain West Ballet and the Utah Opera.
After relocating to Texas, she joined the faculty at Texas Ballet Theater School in Dallas and served as a guest choreographer at Richland College.
Her work centers on guiding dancers toward a deeper connection with their bodies—supporting technique that is felt from within and movement approached as a path to awareness, resilience, and longevity.
